It amends the Migration (Arrangements for Child Visa Applications) Instrument 2026 (LIN 26\/081), which commenced on 1 September 2026.<br \/>\nPurpose of the amendment<br \/>\nThe amendment corrects the postal address specified for certain Child and Extended Temporary visa applications.<br \/>\nThe correct address is:<br \/>\nGPO Box 241Melbourne VIC 3001Australia<br \/>\nAffected visa classes<br \/>\nThe application arrangements apply to the following visa classes:<br \/>\n\u2022 Child (Migrant) (Class AH)\u2022 Child (Residence) (Class BT)\u2022 Extended Temporary (Class TK)<br \/>\nThe instrument continues to specify the approved form, manner and place for making applications in these visa classes under Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994.<br \/>\nApplication of the amendment<br \/>\nThe corrected postal address applies to visa applications made on or after 22 September 2026.<br \/>\nThe amendment is minor and technical in nature.
